The opportunity

As the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will have the opportunity to join our team at a very early stage. You will lead our sales and marketing efforts initially in the US, and globally as we expand into overseas markets during 2021.The team here works hard and is comfortable making mistakes, with the understanding that when things go right, it can transform an institutionalized industry. What you will do

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing our commercial strategy to ensure we continue to grow in a repeatable and scalable way which can be demonstrated through improving LTV to CAC ratios.
  • Develop a commercial playbook and training program. Foster an inclusive and winning sales culture.
  • Use the data gathered in our sales and marketing processes to coach and develop your team, as well as improve our value proposition and market positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with our product teams to ensure market insights are continuously shared in the product development process.

Who you are/What you have done

  • You have successfully scaled an account-based sales and marketing team at a growth stage company.
  • Worked on a team that developed a 2-sided network in the B2B market.
  • You have a creative approach to lead generation and new customer acquisition
