Job Description

Medigate is a Cyber security company founded in 2017. We are revolutionizing device security and asset management for healthcare organizations. We've combined our cybersecurity and clinical workflow expertise into a unique IOT security solution that understands risky device behaviors, responds to incidents and integrates with the existing security stack to block online threats.

We're looking for a phenomenal Technical Account Manager (TAM) that will join forces with our customers to achieve technical, operational success in deployment and adoption of the Medigate platform.

  • 5+ years experience in a network engineering, architecture, support, or network design capacity
  • Background supporting large enterprise networks
  • Familiarity with network protocols
  • Possess exceptional written, verbal, presentation, social, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a quick learner with the ability to task in a fast paced environment 
  • High-level knowledge of SQL and SQL Server - Advantage
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python preferred) - Advantage
