Join our global Talent Acquisition team to help scaling our Sales team and working with dynamic Sales leaders!

We are building something special at Deep Instinct and expect this individual to attract, engage, and hire only the best talent to help us reach our goals

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, becoming a trusted advisor for prospective employees
  • Build strong pipeline of candidates leveraging proactive sourcing techniques
  • Directly source and engage exceptional Cyber Security Sales, & Customer success candidates in the competitive cyber security market 
  • Use a variety of proactive sourcing tactics to identify, assess and recruit talent
  • Become a subject matter expert on Deep Instinct as a company so you can convey our story to candidates.
  • Research and implement the best way/tools to identify and attract top sales talent
  • Understand the organizational model (operations, financial goals, competitive position, etc.) of business lines you support
  • Write compelling recruiting outreach messaging 

Requirements

Who You are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in sales.
  • 2-5 years’ experience at an agency or larger tech company, specializing in sales/revenue roles is a plus :)
  • You must have experience recruiting Cyber Security strategic and consultative sales talent
  • Experience working with an ATS
  • You thrive in ambiguous settings and help people make decisions
  • Approachable and Collaborative with candidates and clients (your hiring managers and teams)
  • Can manage competing priorities even when there’s too many
