Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Verana Health is seeking an Executive Assistant who wants to work with kind people who are grateful for support. This role will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with secondary support of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The ideal candidate has experience supporting multiple executives at a time and resides on the Eastern side of the United States. This position involves: 

  • Calendar and travel management for the CEO
  • Working in partnership with the Chief of Staff on new initiatives
  • Collaborate with the CMO on event scheduling and travel planning
  • Assisting the CFO with scheduling and organizing the quarterly Board of Directors meetings, as well as the monthly Board check-ins. 
  • Management of the New York office, including but not limited to communication with facilities & security, mail and phone administration.

Basic Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience supporting C-level executive functions, for multiple executives at the same time.
  • Gains a deep sense of satisfaction from a well-organized calendar and a flawlessly executed Board meeting.
  • Excels at adaptation to different management and working styles 
  • Enjoys successful collaboration with outside organizations like the FDA, Medical Associations and thought-leaders across the Clinical and Med-Tech field.
  • Relationship building is a mastered skill, with internal employees and external partners.
  • Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
  • Anticipating needs and knowing when to operate independently will lead to success in this role
  • Knowing the importance of time management while operating with a business perspective and a sense of urgency.
