About the Position  

 

Kenshoo is looking for a strong self-starter who will develop and nurture existing business opportunities and relationships with our largest strategic Commerce Partnerships. This position is critical in managing strategic partnerships day to day and will report to the Global Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Growth. The Sr. Partner Development Manager works with a cross-functional team in developing partner growth strategies, business cases, and partner programs to grow our business. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to grow our strategic partnerships, leading to increased client and revenue growth on our Kenshoo platforms.

 

Position is remote.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with publishers to define a joint business plan and growth strategy across key internal stakeholders: product, client success, sales, marketing, development
  • Manage, and measure strategic growth programs including KPI targets and business goals across a cross functional group of key stakeholders
  • Manage and drive key priorities and issues to completion
  • Lead internal product growth & adoption campaigns with client success
  • Communicate monthly program updates to leadership teams
  • Act as key POC and program manager on publisher specific functionality and/or production issues between Kenshoo product/tech leads and publisher
  • Organize quarterly business reviews, executive summits, and product planning events
  • Support sales cycles, becoming a highly knowledgeable resource 
  • Drive a data driven partnership model developing and maintaining goal / KPI based dashboards, monthly updates to leadership on KPI’s and drawing insights & recommendations on opportunities to drive growth for the Kenshoo Commerce business
  • Provide inputs to the publisher roadmap, including identifying opportunities for product teams to discuss, influence, and shape key initiatives of strategic interest for Kenshoo
  • Organize quarterly partner enablement sessions on the value, narrative, and vision for Kenshoo in the ecosystem to strategic Retail partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Partner Management, Product Management or Client Growth
  • 2+ years Marketing Industry experience (Ecommerce, Retail Media, Digital Advertising, or strong background in other Ad Tech), including client-facing experience
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience
  • Solid understanding of advertising technology 
  • Ability to drive results across cross-functional teams, manage by influence and work effectively with teams in a global, matrix organization
  • Ability to learn and understand the intricacies of Kenshoo's products and technology
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required
