About The Position
We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our rapidly growing FinTech company. The role will be a unique blend of monitoring and delivering best-in-class business processes including analytical reporting and customer interaction. In addition, this person will have a hand in several special projects and strategic initiatives across the various products and stakeholders within Divvy. 
In short, this role will work closely with our Head of Product Operations to support PMs, Designers, Product Marketing Managers, and their specific projects, to improve our overall product delivery process, and to ensure that our entire product experience is delightful and cohesive for our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

    • You will actively engage with users and provide scaled support in designing workflows that pass their collected feedback to the dev teams, follow up on it with PMs
    • Identify and pinpoint employee trends, design workflows to address inefficiencies throughout Product and Engineering
    • Ensure a best-in-class project management practices by applying critical thinking to each business decision by regularly collecting feedback from internal stakeholders, highlighting ways we could improve, work with our Squads to take action 
    • Help track/follow up on NPS/customer reviews.
    • Coordinate scheduling calls with PMs/Designers on those responses
    • Work with Finance on developing good processes around the capitalization of software
    • Make changes to Jira based on requests and capture feedback from members of the product development team
    • Plan and coordinate logistics for events across product and engineering such as All-hands, Quarterly Onsites, Hackathons
    • New employee onboarding content development and coordination in ProductBecome the expert and drive adoption across the Product teams with our feature flagging tool (LaunchDarkly)

What You Must Be Great At!

    • Earning the trust of engineers, designers, and PMs since they will act as a mentor and resource across all products and features at any stage of development.
    • Communicating extremely well and building empathy, both in writing and verbally, to internal and external stakeholders about our company, mission, vision, and product story.
    • Being technically adept in project management software (Jira), and experience in managing software configuration.
    • Product judgment, and what’s required to create a delightful experience.
    • Evangelizing Divvy and helping others understand our mission and the value we provide to our clients.
