The Opportunity
As the Social Media Manager of FastAF you will be responsible for creating and executing all of our social media strategies, guidelines, and best practices while optimizing and monetizing the brand’s presence on all social platforms. You’ll engage and drive conversation with our online community through direct messages, comments and social content, all while maintaining FastAF’s brand voice. Our Ideal candidate is a strong leader and seasoned in evolving strategy through innovation.

What You'll Do

    • Concept strategic social strategies and campaigns for new market launches and brand partnerships to drive brand awareness, downloads, and orders
    • Develop a cross channel social media content calendar for publishing posts on all social accounts, being the last check for copy editing and proofreading, and demonstrating good judgment of the FastAF brand voice
    • Define KPIs and implement measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge holistic social media performance
    • Monitor and track competitors in the space and share relevant learnings with leadership and marketing teams
    • Help lead digital marketing campaign development and strategies for Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Youtube
    • Build FastAF’s audience across digital channels. Establish a 10% month-over-month growth rate.
    • Work with the FastAF design team to create engaging content for our digital audiences
    • Develop weekly social media engagement reports

What You'll Bring

    • 4-6+ years of social media experience 
    • Extensive knowledge and understanding of all social channels
    • Ability to inspire, influence, and collaborate cross-functionally across all levels
    • Self-start with a can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Ability to interpret data using analytics and reporting tools to understand performance and create actionable recommendations
