Job Description

Figma is adding to our team of passionate people who are revolutionizing the world of design. Figma is a multiplayer design platform, changing the way people design, prototype, and iterate together. Figma's platform enables multiple people to work together in the same file. As a result, Figma has simplified the design process for teams of designers, developers, and stakeholders by creating an online space for them to collaborate visually. If you’re looking to work at a company that is building the future of design tools, welcome to Figma.

The Recruiting Operations team powers Figma's hiring efforts through thoughtful process design, technology and analytics. Our mission is to elevate the experience of candidates and internal stakeholders by delivering best in class programs that will enable Figma to hire top talent at scale.

We are looking for our first Program Manager to optimize Figma’s hiring processes as we enter into a period of hypergrowth. This role will manage foundational infrastructure including high visibility tools, processes and programs that will allow Figma to reach its ambitious hiring goals. As the second member of a growing team, this is an exciting opportunity to help build the future of recruiting ops at Figma.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll be doing:

    • Building from the ground up. This is a new team and creating structure from ambiguity should excite you.
    • Managing & driving adoption of recruiting systems throughout the organization, with an emphasis on the ATS.
    • Partnering with vendors and cross-functional teams on error resolution. You will influence process design and product enhancements from user-first principles.
    • Creating project plans to track deliverables and maintain progress aligned to recruiting goals and objectives.
    • Developing comprehensive training, documentation and communication to support the roll out of new initiatives at scale.
    • Identifying opportunities for operational improvements and executing processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible.

You might be a good fit if you have:

    • Proven program management skills with a bias for action and execution.
    • Experience managing an ATS and multiple system integrations.
    • A consultative and data-driven approach to problem solving.
    • The ability to move fast and think big. You’re able to solve for current pain points while optimizing for the future.
    • A strategic mindset. You consider the timing and impact of programs across the business and have a proactive approach to mitigating risks.
    • Demonstrated success working on multiple projects with changing priorities.
    • A team player who can also work independently to deliver results.
