ZeroFOX seeks a Payroll Manager to oversee successful execution of all payroll-related functions for the US and various international locations. This role oversees successful execution of all payroll related functions for the Company’s worldwide operations.  This entails following all applicable regulatory agency guidelines, laws and requirements, assuring compliance and accurate payroll activities/reporting and assisting non-U.S. Countries in payroll practices as needed.  This role assures proper payroll management administration standards, policies, procedures and provides consultation and guidance to others, analyzes trends and opportunities for improvement, collaborating closely with all departments and vendors.  This is a key role requiring a high degree of confidentiality as well as strict observance and adherence to regulations impacting Company compliance.

Responsibilities

    • Oversee, manage and process payroll for US and multiple global location
    • Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams
    • Resolve issues and answer payroll-related question
    • Excellent understanding of multi-location US payroll and taxes, and global locations, (UK, Chile and India preferred)
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices and internal policies.
    • Critically review and analyze current payroll, benefits and tax procedures in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operation
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

    • Oversee, manage and process payroll for US and multiple global location

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

    • Bachelors degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
    • 5+ years of experience managing multi-state and international payroll
