POSITION SUMMARY
 
The Product Marketing Specialist will join our high-performing market development team. The team is responsible for developing and executing a broad set of efforts across the organization and partner networks to advance demand generation, client acquisition and retention strategies that drive scalable, repeatable, and predictable growth.
 
As part of the group focused on the payer, producer and plan sponsor markets, the product marketing specialist role will report to the market development manager and is responsible for crafting product messaging, understanding key industry trends, analyzing the competitive landscape, defining campaign OKRs, and coordinating content creation. Your focus will be to translate a deep understanding of external market dynamics to define, prioritize, develop, coordinate, and track marketing campaigns that resonate with our key accounts and buyer segments.
 
The ideal candidate will have a broad marketing skill set, combined with the character to be flexible, curious, thoughtful, and nimble. The successful candidate will also possess a strong desire and ability to spearhead new programs and continually seek opportunities to improve our market development efforts.  
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Define and implement inbound- and account-based marketing programs that drive new client acquisition and encourage on-going engagement with clear product positioning and launch strategies.
    • Oversee, measure, and optimize integrated campaigns that support product awareness, lead generation and audience engagement goals.
    • Partner across marketing, product, sales, and sales ops groups to drive cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives associated with ongoing product and partnership initiatives.
    • Be the pulse of the market through research, analysis, qualitative feedback, and direct engagement with various internal and external stakeholders to validate our solutions against competitive challenges.
    • Collaborate on developing training and enablement content for our sales and customer success teams, as well as our expanding partner network.

REQUIRED

    • BA/BS degree is required.
    • Minimum 2 years of product marketing or growth marketing experience in a technology company. B2B Experience at a marketplace technology company is a plus.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in originating and executing marketing campaigns is a plus.
    • Ability to distill complex, technical information into easily digestible marketing content.
    • Efficient, highly productive multi-tasker; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, “get it done” environment. Be willing to learn new, exciting things and propose new ideas.
    • Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams and executing high impact go-to-market campaigns.
    • Superior project management skills: results focused with superb execution and follow-through; highly detail oriented.
    • Exposure to any data or analytics training or any coding languages a plus.
