Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting the Production Team with transcript production, court reporter communication, and day-to-day remote program upkeep. 


What you’ll be doing:

  • Correspond with court reporters and clients as related to the post-deposition process and tasks

  • Manage files in preparation for the transcript production process

  • Detailed and accurate data entry across multiple platforms

  • Carefully handle and manage exhibits for a case, with discretion

  • Develop and collaborate on ideas that help improve the efficiency and workflow of the Production Team

  • Assist the Production Team in additional daily tasks as needed


What we’re looking for:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 1+ years of administrative or similar experience

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in providing high quality and hospitable customer service

  • Enthusiastic about the opportunity for growth within the company and working for a start-up

  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment and learning new skills quickly

  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent PC skills (Google Drive experience is a plus!)

  • Legal experience and/or start-up - extra plus!
