Job Description

Sift is looking for a senior product marketing manager for Sift Partnerships, an initiative to leverage the power of data coming into and out of Sift. This high-visibility role is an exciting opportunity to lead a new and highly strategic effort to greatly expand the reach of Sift through partnerships.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive the strategy and execution of our partner and ecosystem space, including Sift Connect (3rd party extensions within the Sift environment + extensions of Sift data onto 3P platforms) and channel sales (VARs, SIs, etc.) 
  • Serve as the functional business lead, accountable for building a plan and fueling growth for one of Sift’s big bets in our long-term strategy
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives for Sift Connect, including creating target-based GTM plans, through-partner marketing opportunities, identifying target strategic partners & market segments, and defining sales/marketing plays
  • Partner closely with product, sales, technical account management, and sales engineering to bring an objective-oriented, iterative approach to scaling our partner programs
  • Build and maintain a set of foundational marketing assets (e.g. messaging/positioning documents, personas, white papers) and sales tools (e.g. pitch deck, playbooks, ROI calculators)
  • Create and maintain competitive pricing strategies
  • Keep your fellow Sifties up to date on the latest industry and competitive trends
  • Serve as a primary evangelist (internally and externally) for the Partner + Ecosystem space by developing and communicating compelling thought leadership
  • Start with the customer. Develop close relationships with important customers to better understand buyer motivations and perceived value

What would make you a strong fit:

  • 5+ years of experience managing strategy and GTM efforts for a product / product line
  • Experience working in the DT&S / online fraud prevention in a variety of roles
  • Strong strategic mind and ability to recognize opportunity and prioritize efforts accordingly
  • Strong visual and verbal storytelling skills
  • Strong ability to motivate cross-functionally and drive deadlines
  • Technical background with ability to get hands-on with the product: experience launching SaaS products in ML, identity, and/or security domains
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a strong ability to distill complexity into crisp, easily comprehensible messaging
  • Self-starter, high-energy, with ability to execute on business objectives
  • Ability to multitask, change priorities rapidly and work through ambiguity with ease
  • BS/BA with a proven track record of success or MBA from a Tier 1 institution

And extra credit goes to:

  • 4+ years of PMM experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise software
  • Experience in multiple facets of online fraud detection and prevention (AML/KYC, chargeback representment, bot detection, CRM, etc.)
