We are looking for a for an open minded, highly motivated person to reinforce the Sales team in North America.

As a Solution Consultant you will serve as the point of connection between the sales team, the technical delivery team and the product team encouraging collaboration to facilitate sales activities. Helping to align repeatable market need with delivery and product capabilities.

What you will do:

As a Solution Consultant, you will:

  • Identify market trends in order to build and maintain relevant use-cases, demo and tool-kits. Assess competitor’s solutions and deliver a winning strategy/solution
  • Support and partner with the sales team in existing accounts and new prospects to identify and define business and technical requirements. Communicate and demonstrate value proposition of the technology and of specific solutions and assist with justification of the ROI
  • Proactively prepare technical data sheets, sales support presentations and demonstration assets. Lead and engage in proof of value exercises. Contribute and coordinate responses to RFIs, RFPs and other forms of qualifying and/or due diligence questionnaires
  • Effective and efficient share of both functional and non-functional requirements, important business drivers and implementation details. Partner with delivery team to produce quality proposals and estimates
  • Represent the “voice of the customer” with the product team to ensure our capabilities and solutions align with repeatable market need
  • Understand and define business requirements, challenges, drivers, key metrics and other important details. Build trust and confidence through clear, relevant and valuable communication addressing business need. Be seen as a trusted advisor
  • Continue learning in key domains/verticals including Insurance, Publishing, Media, Life Sciences, Financial Services. Understand varying business models, business challenges, roles, processes, tooling, industry standards, etc.
  • Understand internal products, tooling, deployment and implementation details and linguistic capabilities. Continue learning in NLU concepts

Who you are:

  • Experienced in a similar role, or in a software projects/delivery role, or as a linguist/knowledge engineer (5 years as a minimum)
  • Highly organized and with a proven corporate sales record
  • Familiar with sales processes and strategies and with good technical knowledge of software systems and solutions
  • Team player
  • Graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Engineering, Economics, Linguistics or equivalent titles
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
