Rider Supply Associate

About the Role:

The Supply Management Associate will assist in managing Airlift’s current fleet to build one of the most exceptional teams in the region. The role requires a capable and driven individual who will ensure rider supply quality and availability to minimize disruption to delivery operations. Successful candidates must be highly driven, reliable individuals who will take ownership of scaling across city-wide operations.

This role will be required to provide Airlift’s fleet with world-class work experience. Successful candidates will be autonomous operators with high humility, strong communication skills, and keen initiative to execute on and further develop our supply management and retention playbook.



  • Support in the day-to-day rider supply management operations including but not limited to managing rider availability and communication, coordinating with other functional teams and resolving rider issues,
  • Execution of rider engagement activities as part of the rider engagement programs,
  • Outbound calls for gathering rider feedback, maintaining feedback reports and performing root cause analysis for identification of rider issues,
  • Monitoring rider performance and executing the performance improvement programs,
  • Monitoring customer complaints regarding riders and taking necessary actions.
