Fast-track your career at one of the hottest software start-ups in Silicon Valley! The Marketing Operations role will be the hub of all digital and field campaigns, working with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, and web operations. You will be based in Cleveland and report to the VP of Customer Marketing at headquarters in Foster City.

What We're Looking For:

    •        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
    •        3-5 years of Marketing Operations experience, ideally with B2B tech or SaaS companies
    •        Experience with Salesforce, Eloqua or other Marketing automation platform
    •        CMS experience, preferably Drupal; Google Analytics
    •        Process and project oriented – able to create and manage, share and promote adoption
    •        Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with can balance shifting/competing priorities and projects
    •        Solution-oriented, with ability to assess longer term impacts and alignment with objectives
    •        Motivational and positive attitude
    •        Willing to support others in the achievement of their goals
    •        Able to balance execution with strategy, is inclined to ask “why” and “what if”
    •        Results and metric-driven, with a mind on excellence and doing the right thing, the right way
    •        Ability to give and be given constructive feedback

What The Job Involves:

    • Owning the Salesforce Lead object and flow; creating reports, campaigns, dashboards and associated workflows; performing analysis to improve campaign performance
    • Ensuring lead sources/channels are correctly integrated with our automation platform and Salesforce reporting to ensure optimal tracking and demonstrate ROI
    • Leverage automation platform and understand prospect journey; inform and support the creation of campaigns with workflows to fill funnel and nurture prospect base
    • Provided analysis and reporting for program and campaign performance across the Marketing functions (e.g. digital, content, events, product)
    • Work with IT to build webpage templates, create custom pages as needed, provide insight and support through migrations and updates
    • Assist in the planning, promotion and execution of annual user conference
