We are looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to join our Europe Partnerships team, reporting directly to our Head of Partnerships for the region. This is an exciting new role where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to set up and define how we acquire and manage digital affiliate partnerships in the region.

Note that this role can be based anywhere in the UK or Ireland.

 

What you will do:

  • Own the digital affiliate partner growth targets and deliver performance objectives
  • Develop and execute the digital affiliate strategy in the region
  • Manage existing relationships
  • Map the digital affiliate landscape in the region and prioritise new potential partners
  • Negotiate and implement new digital affiliate partnerships
  • Work closely with product and engineering to develop and track partner compensation
  • Manage budgets and deliver accurate KPI forecasts and reporting
  • Optimise existing relationships for growth
  • Contribute to the wider partnership business development efforts in the region

 

What you bring:

  • Experience managing a digital affiliate partner portfolio and delivering against KPIs
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into insights and actions
  • Deep understanding of website traffic and digital customer engagement metrics
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and marketing channels
  • Strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit
