SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

This is an exciting opportunity for an aggressive self-starter who compels others to get on board. You communicate an inspired and valuable vision and are able to communicate to customers and business partners why our Software Solutions fills their requirements. You also have experience in the art of negotiating. You are known for your strong hunting capabilities and strategic operating & planning skills, and you’re constantly on the lookout for strategic account developments, prospective deals and new business. You thrive in an independent mode driving sale and are drawn to the early-stage company ground floor opportunities.

 

Responsibilities

  • You will develop and execute a strategic and comprehensive business plan, including identifying core customers, mapping the benefits of Privacera’s solutions to the business requirements.
  • You will own your territory and run your business. This includes identification of target accounts, marketing/outreach, development of opportunities and achieving the goals set out for your business
  • You will work cross-functionally with pre-sales, product, finance, legal and customer success to assure we are delivering the best experience for your prospects and customers
  • The role is both hunting and farming. We have a strong customer base and are building a land and expand approach.
  • Time management and attention to detail is key in this very fast-moving environment
  • Monitor competition and determine the best strategies for winning business from them 
  • You will be an excellent communicator and able to clearly articulate technical and business requirements of customer back to Privacera
  • Build an exhaustive network, strategic relationship with customers at all levels, and generate prolific referrals
  • Work with technology and integration partners to drive business
  • You will have good CRM hygiene and leverage supporting technologies

Your experience should include;

  • 5-10 years of successful enterprise software sales in the territory
  • A proven track record of over-quota achievement
  • Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial early-stage company environment
  • Knowledge of Big Data, Cloud, Systems Infrastructure, Enterprise Application Integration, Governance, Security, Database and/or Business Intelligence software concepts and products preferred
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background
