SWORD Health is a pioneering digital healthcare company working to relieve the millions of people suffering from musculoskeletal pain. Our groundbreaking solution pairs licensed physical therapists with an artificial intelligence powered digital therapist to help people overcome chronic and post-surgical pain faster and more cost-effectively than anything out there. We’re on a mission to reduce U.S. healthcare costs by $70B by making it simple for people to recover at home, without resorting to imaging, surgeries or opioids.

As the Commercial Business Consultant, you are part of the Commercial team and you'll serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the SVP of Commercial regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning. You will assist daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, analyze the structure of the commercial team, how it uses technology and how to better obtain its goals. You will be a thought partner with the SVP of Commercial and other leaders to optimize the overall functions of the commercial team, improve performance, and streamline processes that will increase revenue and profitability.

This person will:

        Collaborate with the commercial team leadership and other executives to determine and prioritize commercial strategies;
        Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners;
        Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
        Determine key performance indicators and how to measure team performance;
        Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity;
        Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management and initiative implementation;
        Provide department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork.

You should have:

        Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business or related areas;
        2+ years of corporate strategy, cross functional project management or executive management;
        Experience manipulating and analyzing data to inform process improvements;
        Ability to diffuse work conflict without bringing it to the attention of the executive leader using strong interpersonal skills;
        Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously;
        Excellent problem-solving skills;
        Highly resourceful;
        Strategic mindset.
