We are looking for top talent to join our People Operations team as a Sr. People Partner to provide solutions to employees, managers, and senior leaders in our Corporate Functions - Finance, Legal, and People teams. In collaboration with the People Operations team, you will help develop strong people practices, implement best-in-class partnerships, execute and deliver key People programs and policies. We’re looking for somebody who can execute while providing strategic partnership.

How You’ll Contribute:

    • Identify, develop and drive key initiatives such as employee development, performance management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, rewards, and recognition. 
    • Advise business leaders on how to build and maintain an effective organization.
    • Translate business strategies into effective People programs and initiatives to drive effectiveness and capability building.
    • Participate in the selection process of employees.
    • Assist with the administration of the compensation programs for employees within the Sales organization. 
    • Leverage workforce analytics and strategic planning to develop talent strategies that identify and solve business issues.
    • Work with leaders to manage employee performance issues.
    • Partner with other organizations to create solutions that mitigate risk to the organization.
    • Provides training on People related topics.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Behavioral Sciences, or related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience. 
    • Strong Business Acumen.
    • Ability to coach and communicate across all levels of the organization: up, down, and across.
    • Comfortable with ambiguity.
    • Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-moving organization.
    • Curiosity - A craving for innovation, working in creative environments, and constantly looking to challenge the status quo.

Nice to Have:

    • MBA or business background
    • High growth organization experience
    • Tech and/or healthcare industry experience
