As the Pricing Analyst at Sendbird, you will be an integral member of the Sendbird Revenue Operations team and will own our pricing process end-to-end to ensure we win every customer possible.  You will be our liaison to Product for pricing strategy, to Sales for day-to-day operations and deal pricing, and will be our internal team champion for driving pricing best practices and systems/process excellence


  • Seasoned Analyst (Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Pricing) with experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) growth company.
  • Proficient with SaaS revenue/cost models (ARR, Consumption, etc.) and their impact on customer buying behavior, Sales compensation, and strategic valuation metrics. 
  • Self-motivated individual with sound business/risk judgment.  Analytical mindset and attention to detail are imperative.  Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
  • High emotional quotient and strong communication skills;  effective in project management and securing cross-functional alignment.
  • Guru with Excel / Google Sheets. 


  • Develop winning pricing and deal strategies based on in-depth knowledge of SendBird’s pricing models and gross margin drivers.  Serve as the goto owner and subject matter expert on standard and non-standard deal constructs, pricing, operations, and revenue policies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Sales Ops, Product, and Legal to ensure deals are correctly constructed to meet the needs of customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Shepherd deals through the sales cycle and internal approvals process.  Ensure deals are vetted and approved with a sense of urgency.
  • Take ownership of the processes, customizations, and enhancements of our CPQ platform based on the evolution of our pricing strategy.
  • Analyze historical data to track deal performance, identifying levers to drive margins, pricing velocity, and areas for improvement.


  • 5+ Years of relevant experience in Pricing, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and/or Analytics at a Saas growth company.
  • 3+ Years of deep experience with Salesforce and CPQ operations, with knowledge of the entire spectrum including process, data, and solution.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.  Science / Technical major a plus. MBA a plus.
