Job Overview
 
You will oversee the strategy and execution of the high growth strategy demand generation of assigned acquisition segments in a mission-critical performance marketing role. This leadership position requires a keen focus on demand funnel marketing planning and performance to enable the achievement of lead generation & revenue goals that support the company’s growth objectives. You will be an experienced campaign demand generation/acquisition strategist with deep experience in driving creativity/enthusiasm in others and leading by example. You will have demonstrable success in leading campaign best practices for a mid-sized high-growth company, business unit, or agency. You should be comfortable leading cross-functional teams, large campaigns, and budgets across multiple platforms and marketing channels for the organization.
 
Job Responsibilities 
  • Lead a team to build, execute, and manage full-funnel and multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to sales priorities and revenue targets.
  • Be the subject matter expert for the assigned segments in the organization and engage across teams within the company to consult and execute best practices.
  • Use our products, personas, and buyer’s journey to create and optimize a channel strategy and audience targeting that aligns with our value proposition.
  • Expand and manage a team of high-performing campaign and channel managers and staff and help them meet their business and pipeline growth objectives by providing the appropriate coaching, tools, materials, and training.
  • Shape and deliver on goals, objectives, and KPIs and be able to communicate results to stakeholders of various levels including aligned sales teams you support growth for. 
  • Partner with stakeholders in Digital Marketing, Event Marketing, Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to develop, execute, and deliver against quarterly business goals.
  • Build annual strategies and quarterly campaign plans that include forecasted KPIs and deliver on commitments.
  • Participate in cross-functional efforts to drive customer acquisition and retention success from all channels.
 
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
  • 7 years of related marketing experience required, with progressive responsibility that includes performance marketing in organizations with a high share of marketing-driven revenue. 
  • A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a demand generation role
  • Expert understanding of a variety of marketing channels including but not limited to email, webinars, events, direct mail, paid media, partner marketing, and enabling sales development representatives to support efforts.
 
Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience
  • Data-driven and strategic with experience across relevant B2B channels and a proven ability to drive revenue through marketing activities
  • Previous experience in a rapidly scaling business where running multiple and often simultaneous campaigns to find the most effective growth channels
  • Proven track record of scaling performance marketing channels to deliver multi-year business growth
  • Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams to launch high-impact business initiatives.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or another CRM tool and marketing automation tools such as Marketo.
  • Prior experience in financial services or at a FinTech company a plus
