To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Project Manager to the Chief People Officer of Mirakl.

Responsibilities

  • Help building and rolling out the People roadmap: executing on People & Culture goals and initiatives by tracking progress, action items from meetings, gathering status updates, and supporting execution plans
  • Steer worldwide projects (vision, guidelines, process, tools, best practices), while ensuring a fruitful collaboration and a high-standard delivery, thanks to a wise change management
  • Empower the People Team to create relevant KPIs and research leading to a better decision taking
  • Assist the Chief People Officer in many of her tasks and work behind the scenes to improve operational efficiency, solve problems, make decisions, and manage organizational issues
  • Strengthen connections, communication & collaboration with the various members of the People Team (30 people in Paris, Bordeaux & Boston, including 5 Directors)

Requirements

  • A master degree and 5+ years in HR, incl a few years as a PMO or as consultant
  • A track record of success in high-growth, global environments
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written, verbal), both for internal and external audiences; in english & french
  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated capabilities quantitative and qualitative data and distilling into actionable insights
  • You are very organized, meticulous and not afraid to deal with many concurrent projects
