To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model and take an active part in our growth Mirakl is looking for a Functional Consultant based in our Paris hub.

You will work with Business consultants and will be their dedicated point of contact for technical and functional topics. You will be at the heart of the action, helping to build and maintain the tools and material that ensure the adoption and usage of Mirakl features. You will be identified as the Mirakl expert and trusted advisor on the Product.

The ideal candidate to join our team will display strong communication, technological appetite and be highly customer oriented. We are seeking someone with a functional, account management and/or e-commerce/digital background.

 

What you will do

  • Advisor to our clients: You drive the successful adoption of the Mirakl platform by our customers to ensure constant growth of their platform. You participate in steering committees and you lead key moments in the life of our key live customers.
  • Product usage specialist: You develop and maintain a deep understanding of Mirakl Platform and services, sharing best practices and conducting analysis on current features usages and understanding data on new features deployment among customers. You gather data-based insights on customers’ platform usage and report internally visibility and insights to the business consultants.
  • Expert within the Mirakl organisation on Product related topics: You act as Proxy Product Owner within the organisation. As such you communicate on the Product roadmap and vision and you support the Mirakl teams in their communication with customers on functional topics. You participate in the improvement of processes, methods and tools to constantly improve the quality of service and the customer experience. You will be also in charge of identifying, creating and promoting compelling functional material.
  • Contribute to collaboration & constant innovation: Challenge and conduct different internal teams such as the Product, Enablement, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing experts to share valuable feedback from clients, drive innovation, as well as collaborating with the Support team to help transfer knowledge and satisfy our clients. Provide support and expertise in the creation of ad hoc documents and the planification and execution of workshops.

Requirements

  • Graduated a Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience ideally in Marketplace and/or in a Software company and/or in Project Management
  • A good understanding of E-commerce, Marketplace and/or Digital ecosystem
  • Analytical and data-driven qualities combined with creative problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
  • Previous customer facing experience in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced environment is a plus
  • French and English fluency – any additional language will be a great asset in the context of international expansion and working with international clients
