The Partner Marketing Manager role is focused on partner marketing execution. This individual will effectively coordinate and facilitate field marketing programs throughout the project lifecycle by collaborating with internal and external resources. Primary responsibility is to develop and execute field marketing programs to generate revenue, maximize partner engagement, and acquire customers. They will work with the Partnerships and Marketing team to build and execute field marketing activities including, but not limited to, events, trade shows, and training. This individual in this role has to have experience and understanding of the technology and solution partner ecosystem.

 As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will: 

  • Support the development and execution on a wide range of co-marketing campaigns with internal stakeholders and partners from GTM to launch.
  • Work with internal and external cross-functional partners to align on and understand business priorities, plans, and implementation needs.
  • Lead project briefs and work with the brand design, agencies, and content teams to build and develop campaign creative and content assets.
  • Cultivate and nurture marketing relationships with a select set of key merchants.
  • Help to create scalable programs and campaigns that can be used by multiple partners to drive joint pipeline growth.

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:

  • At least 3 - 5 years in Brand, Product, or Partner Marketing experience.
  • Experience working with external partners to build content and execute marketing programs across multiple channels.
  • An analytical thinking and data driven mindset. Focus on performance metrics to support building robust campaigns.
  • Strong organization and project management skills. This individual will be comfortable working on projects and running multiple channels at the same time.
