As an Onboarding Specialist at Checkr, you will be responsible for launching and training new customers. After a customer is sold, this role is a critical first step in the customer’s success journey. It is your responsibility to drive all customers to launch. 

Responsibilities:

  • Walk all customers through ‘getting started’ workflows
  • Provide training for all customers on using Checkr systems
  • Monitor post-launch success and take action where needed
  • Drive to resolution - work with cross-functional teams to resolve any client needs
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions 
  •  Supporting client and internal team requests

  • 2+ years of customer service or customer success experience

*The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.  In accordance with Colorado law, the base salary for this role if filled within Colorado is $51,000-$60,000.
