Listing Consultant
The Darwin Homes Listing Consultant will assist with the property management team by providing local insights during the leasing process. This is a consulting role that pays on a project basis (per listing), so it is a great way to earn flexible money on your time. You control your schedule and you can do as much work as your schedule allows. 
 
Duties of a Darwin Leasing Consultant include:
Consult with our PM team on market-specific questions about the single-family rental industry
Set rental prices for our properties
Write appealing and engaging listing descriptions 
Comply with federal Fair Housing laws, statutes and regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances
Understand the Landlord and Tenant Rights and Responsibilities information provided by the Attorney General.
 
Skill Necessary to Apply:
Active Real Estate License
Team player who is interested in building the future of rental home management
Strong ability to communicate in-person and over the phone
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in technology solutions like Google Sheets and email
Have a flexible work schedule in mind.
Smartphone with full-data and ability to access apps and internet remotely
Ability to consistently utilize a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Quick learner, adapts well to and embraces change.
Open, honest, trustworthy, and dependable.
Happy, Energetic, Fun, Positive attitude.
Motivated, Self Starting, and Driven. A good work ethic.
 
Compensation: Per task compensation, with the opportunity to make $50+ per hour on your time. Darwin provides all the leads so your income is consistent.
