Due to the growth this year, we are seeking to add a contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer for 12 months (with opportunity for longer term employment if all goes well) to identify top talent!
 
***This position will be a virtual position and be able to work 8am-5pm PST or 9am-6pm PST***
 
What You'll Do
• Actively source top talent through various channels including LinkedIn
• Utilize creative methods and sources to find top passive candidates and connect with them over the phone
• Build and maintain candidate pipeline using innovative methods and sourcing tools 
• Identify top talent for roles within Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, Engineering, and more. 
• Assist with screening inbound applicants 
• Schedule phone screens and interviews when needed
• Ability to wear multiple hats beyond the job description and have a "can do" attitude
• Provide white glove service to candidates. Be a great ambassador to the OpenGov brand!
 
What We Look For
• 3-5+ years of sourcing experience (outbound sourcing and screening passive candidates)
• Track record of successfully identifying exceptional candidates for Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, and Engineering type roles 
• Experience in sourcing for candidates through multiple sources (web, social/professional networks, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills is required 
• High sense of urgency is required
• Track record of great work ethic and reliability  
• Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced work environment
