Job Description
Support the Management team in driving sales and maximising opportunities in the store whilst working together to meet targets.
Inspire the team to deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring that every customer receives the best possible experience during his or her visit.
Working within a team you will be accountable for supporting all members, training colleagues and keeping within company guidelines and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service in store making sure that it is delivered from every member of staff
- Understand store targets and strive to exceed them on each week and month
- Communicate targets and key information to the team, making sure that the management message is received by all staff through daily briefs and updates
- Manage the team to keep a high performance through individual and store sales
- Support and challenge the team to keep building customer relations and deliver perfect service
- Build relationships within the team and throughout the company
- Inspire teamwork and motivate staff to ensure good morale
- Lead by example, ensuring the team are brand ambassadors
- Assist with store reports and provide analysis of sales and customers
- Maintain confidentiality of financial reports, targets and product
- Identify key lines and use VM guides to ensure maximised sales opportunities
- Maintain high standards on the floor at all times
- Keep the store at its most commercial appropriate to the guidelines
- Deal with customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, at all times endeavouring to retain loyalty.
- Follow company banking and cash handling procedures and be responsible for the security thereof
- Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to and implementing legislative health and safety requirements
- Maintain a professional attitude at all times
- Complete any reasonable duties as requested by the Company to develop the business, including but not limited to administration and supporting other sites within the business.
