Job Description

Cadre is an innovative real estate investment platform dedicated to delivering a unique and better experience to our investors. We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team. This individual will be responsible for a variety of critical functions relating to existing and prospective investors. This role will be remote to start.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • As a Senior Account Executive, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for representing and driving Cadre Direct Client sales. You will take lead in representing the Cadre team and its investment capabilities to High Net Worth individuals.
  • Building enduring client relationships through sound, thoughtful, and objective advice
  • Responsible for converting investor leads through phone calls as well as email outreach
  • Vet new investor access requests
  • Respond to general investor inquiries as deal specific emails
  • Create agendas for Investor meetings and conferences
  • Oversee and execute investor outreach activities such as investor meetings and webinars for new deals
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new sources of capital, with an initial focus on family office, endowments, sovereign wealth funds, and ultra high net worth individuals
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Senior Management with prospective investors and manage follow-up
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve investor relations functions
  • Work with product and engineering team’s to develop Cadre investor workflow process, systems and collaborative tools
  • Understand marketing funnel and work to optimize lead generation
  • Work with acquisitions team to facilitate sharing of investor intelligence and feedback


WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry background with some client-facing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • FINRA Series SIE, S82, S63 preferred
  • Ability to make a high volume of phone calls on a daily basis
  • Maturity and poise under pressure
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Eager to collaborate and work across all teams
  • Highly organized, able to manage and synthesize large amounts of information
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills: ability to rapidly adapt to shifting priorities and operate effectively in a time-sensitive environment
  • Willingness to travel (limited initially, may increase over time)
