We, at Flywire, are seeking for a Cash Management & Treasury Associate (Refunds) to help with processing an increasing volume of international refund transactions. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and understanding the importance of strong financial controls and safeguarding funds. Delivering first class customer experience for our clients and payers while making sure all payments arrive to the customer in a timely and accurate manner.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a hands-on approach that will strive for continuous improvement, eager to learn and feel confident working and collaborating within a larger global team.
Have a positive, can-do attitude along with strong communication skills and motivation to achieve the team’s goals.
The Opportunity:
Matching incoming refund payments
Perform foreign exchange conversion of customer funds
Processing multi-currency refund payouts in line with AML regulations
Communicating via phone/ email with payers and payment partners/ banks as well as internal Flywire teams.
Collaborating with payers and clients to defend chargeback claims to the highest standard
Recovery of funds for upheld chargeback claims
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree along with an interest in financial services or operations
Fluent in both English and Mandarin language to support payers from different markets
Proficiency in Excel and other online tools (Google Apps, etc.)
Highly effective communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to enhance and improve processes
1-3 years of related work experience in financial or accounting roles.
