Invoice Cloud is a partner-first organization. We drive over 80% of our annual revenue through partner channels that include revenue share and co-sell models.
Reporting to the Salesforce Administrator, the Junior Salesforce Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring our enterprise B2B Salesforce platform operates efficiently and directly assist our 175+ users from departments including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Client Services, and Implementations.
What You’ll Do:
First 30 Days
- Learn how the various departments utilize the Salesforce platform.
- Alongside the Salesforce Administrator, start addressing requests such as password resets and creating new fields.
- Become familiar with our Salesforce automations including Process Builders and Flows.
First 60 Days
- Independently handle front line requests to the Salesforce Team including creating new users, updating page layouts, and adding new fields.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of the data structure in Salesforce and build reports and/or dashboards.
- Begin working with other software that integrates with Salesforce including our marketing automation platform.
First 90 Days
- Host introductory Salesforce training for new users.
- Assist the Salesforce Administrator in maintaining Process Builders, Workflow Rules, and Flows.
- Able to manage Salesforce Case queue and re-assign Cases as necessary.
What We Seek:
- 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration preferably in the B2B space
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with technical and non-technical team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on multiple tasks at once
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
- Bachelor's Degree
