The Recruiting team partners with key stakeholders from every department to understand business objectives, develop strategic hiring plans and recruit amazing talent.

We’re looking to hire a Recruiting Operations Lead! In this role you will lead the enablement of the talent acquisition function through process building and optimization, recruiting platform management, and general operations and project management in support of People Operations goals.

As a Recruiting Operations Lead, you will:

  • Develop and continuously optimize best practices for our recruiting platforms (currently Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn). Create resources for internal recruiting team, external staffing partners, and hiring teams across the company.
  • Partner with the broader People Operations team on cross-functional projects such as integrations, compensation updates, audit-readiness work, etc.
  • Manage key recruiting dashboards. Identify, implement, and track individual, team, and company hiring metrics.
  • Create project plans and timelines for the team’s goals and hold individuals accountable to hitting key milestones.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with EEOC and OFCCP regulations for recruiting’s end-to-end processes.
    • Develop SOP for internal and external job postings and manage diversity job board tracker.
    • Monitor job description framework and language to promote inclusivity and accuracy with HR’s guidance.
    • Create guidance on interview efficacy and incorporate it into resources and/or trainings.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and improve our processes by monitoring and staying on top of industry trends (attend webinars, networking events, etc).
  • Pull recruiting data, compile reports, and support other ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.

You should get in touch if:

  • You have at least 5 years of talent acquisition experience as a recruiter, coordinator, or combination of both.
  • You have experience scaling recruiting operations with a proven track record of building, implementing and optimizing processes. Experience at a public company or with EEOC/OFCCP regulations is strongly preferred.
  • You are tech savvy and have experience with Greenhouse and the Google suite of products. Experience with Gem and/or recruiting technology implementations is a plus.
  • You have an operational mindset and have experience breaking large, cross-functional projects down into actionable steps.
