Built Plus is a growing business unit within Built Technologies. As a member of this team, you will be on the cutting edge of developing and refining new services for our expanding client base. We’re seeking an Account Manager who has a passion for recruiting talent, building relationships and nurturing thriving partnerships.
 
As an AM for the Built Plus division, you will focus on ensuring we have sufficient high quality partners in place and trained to meet our client’s growth needs. You will be the primary point of contact responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and daily management of our inspection partners.  You will be the voice of “change” -- helping inspectors rethink existing processes and unlock additional opportunity through Built’s technology. Internally, you’ll also be the voice of our inspection partners, helping to shape the overall inspector experience. Success in this role means that Built is successful at identifying high quality vendors, training them, and using their feedback to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Own the inspector experience from start to finish - first touch through ongoing maintenance 
    • Recruit and partner with new, qualifying inspection companies through inbound communication channels
    • Build trust-based relationships with our inspection partners and act as a thought leader and advisor to help drive adoption and growth
    • Manage and maintain the onboarding, training, and certification processes
    • Listen for pain that can be solved with additional training or underutilized product features
    • Develop cross-functional relationships at Built (i.e., sales, support, product, engineering, etc.) to strengthen knowledge and advocate for client’s needs
    • Monitors vendor performance  
    • Promptly address, analyze and resolve basic incidents and requests, engaging other Built resources as needed to resolve inspector issues.
    • Relishes the opportunity to be the prime point of contact to the partners regarding day-to-day service delivery
    • Best in Class Service: Your top priority is the user, our client.  It doesn’t matter what, how, or why something has gone wrong, you’ll jump in and take ownership of problems that might not even be in your team’s scope to ensure the user is always getting the best experience possible
