In the plant in Magnice we produce a wide range of nutritious products for athletes and we are a distribution centre from which we send orders to our customers throughout Europe and the world.
Currently, due to the further development of the company we are looking to hire:
Procurement Specialist
Purchasing Specialist whose main task will be to support the local operations team. This is a perspective in which we expect to deliver the highest quality work, reduce costs where possible, seek opportunities for continuous improvement and innovative approach.
You will be responsible for:
Take initiatives to control and optimise purchasing costs
Development and implementation of a purchasing strategy in line with the Group's policy
Identification and contact with potential suppliers in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe
Build business relationships with suppliers, manage on-premises vendor agreements
Actively seeking the application of framework agreements within the Group (USA, UK, Europe)
Preparation of requests for quotations, analysis of tenders based on procedures developed in the Group, placing orders
Coordination of cooperation with partners and clients (internal and external)
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Procurement
Very good command of English
Experience in working with contracts
Independence, analytical thinking ability
Business awareness and decision-making readiness
Ability and readiness to solve problems
Very good knowledge of MS Office, with a special focus on Excel
