About the role:

As the Marketing Director you will lead, develop and implement all digital marketing strategies that contribute to our stellar growth in global markets. Driven by data you'll quickly iterate and methodically improve our results month on month. The role will provide leadership in all marketing channels to help elevate our performance on a global scale.

Responsibility:

    Plan, manage and implement the global marketing strategy, and align centrally supporting all territories to adopt, localise and activate in-market
    The Marketing Director will have significant responsibility for the P+L, results, growth strategy and brand identity of Lookfantastic
    Identifying new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the d2c e-commerce websites as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels.
    Ensures all framework, best practice, training and governance is implemented across all markets to deliver accelerated revenue growth
    Developing relationships with key websites, prioritising new customer acquisition at the lowest cost possible.
    Work in synergy with the rest of the international team to identify new growth opportunities and ways in which to improve our brand reputation and presence.
    Deliver best in class customer experience partnering closely with design and editorial teams to brief and build engaging product pages that provide the customer with relevant information, advice and conversion opportunity.
    Using our in-house data & technology platform, with over 30 million customers and 500 million unique visitors per annum, we can share valuable insights on customer behaviour and trends

Requirements

    5+ years experience in a consumer digital marketing environment
    Fully aware and comfortable with all marketing channels and experienced in building road maps to help them compliment eachother (Paid Media, SEO, CRM, Affiliates, Influencer, Content, Social)
    Experienced in constantly improving performance MoM & YoY
    Strong commercial ability and experience of working to KPI’s and targets
    Confident, articulate communicator capable of inspiring and collaboration and building relationships
    Able to give clarity, direction as well as problem solve
    Strategic and analytical thinker
    Able to prioritise, structure work and effectively manage time
    Good project management and negotiation skills
    Advantage: Previous experience within the beauty industry
