About the Role:

The Assistant Planner will report directly into the Planner role and assist with stock level management for brand portfolio. S/he will own and manage the delivery schedule which includes but is not limited to the chasing and tracking of purchase orders. S/he has the opportunity to manage and forecast for a subset of their own brands

Responsibilities:

    Liaise with suppliers and warehouse to ensure an effective landing of stock – prioritizing intake where necessary
    Raise purchase orders and monitor stock levels - checking payments, invoices, delivery notes against packing lists & purchase orders
    Update and assist with management of the delivery schedule
    Catalog cleanup including the updating of Merch Status, lead times, PO minimums, and case packs, etc.
    Update POs as needed for pricing and/or due dates
    Maintain list of vendors out of stock SKUs and chase for back in stock dates
    Run bi-weekly stock reporting- GIA report etc.
    Order and Track stock for kitting projects
    Work with finance and Warehouse for the Kitting and BOBO processes
    Ad Hoc projects

KPI’s:

    Achieve average of 98% combined availability across brand portfolio
    Regularly chasing vendors in priority CTA order
    Streamlining OOS list for accurate view
    Maintaining clean Delivery Schedule by closing out POs
    Independent management of Beauty Bag and Limited-Edition kitting projects
    Operating on new BB schedule to ensure longer lead times
