OUR TEAM
Our rapidly expanding Employer Branding team spans our growing offices across Europe, Asia, and North America, and plays a crucial role in Revolut’s development into a major international business.
Operating somewhere between branding, communications, marketing, and recruitment, we work with all areas of the business to support rapid growth, and to develop our employer brand into a state-of-the-art attraction and retention system.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an innovative and versatile Employer Brand Manager (EBM) to join our team, driving our employer branding efforts in local regions.

Reporting to the Head of Employer Branding within the CEO office, you’ll work closely with our designers and copywriters, as well as with our EBMs sitting in different offices around the world.
You will evolve Revolut’s employer branding strategy through owned channels to drive awareness and consideration among potential candidates, while meeting our EB and recruitment KPIs.

You’ll bring a creative approach to deliver measurable, attributable results. You are a strategic thinker and a solid content writer, who can confidently interpret business, recruitment and brand requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Overall responsibility for the marketing strategy for our external employer brand, includes developing core messages, high profile multi-channel campaigns, partnerships and sponsorships. Deliver brand campaigns to a broad range of audiences including school students, parents, teachers, university students, experienced hire and key external influencers
Create, develop and deliver bold B2C marketing campaigns that strengthen Revolut’s brand and supports the vision to be seen as a dynamic and forward thinking employer
Drive innovation by empowering the branding team to utilise new technology, be bold and push boundaries to achieve better results, drive efficiencies and KPIs whilst being true to Revolut’s global brand and purpose
Accountable for the management of MSL, comms agency to ensure consistent, quality outputs, service delivery and commercial performance. Manage all contract negotiations. Management of other 3rd parties, all external suppliers and media.
Apply multi-channel consumer techniques to drive innovation and amplify brand, delivering 13k direct applications and 6k unique visitors to our Careers Website
Re-positioning our employer brand and developing our strategy to support new ways of working including contractors, school leavers and apprentices
Continuously develop audience insights and apply to our marketing approach, campaigns and content. Sharing the insights across wider talent functions to inform our future talent initiatives
Develop and drive forward the firm’s digital strategy, technology and innovation agenda by developing technology careers proposition and an award winning social media strategy and multi-channel content
Create and develop a consistent and engaging ‘people story’ for Revolut by working closely with internal comms and external comms
Contribute to the leadership of the wider recruitment team including developing strategy, defining objectives for scorecard, team engagement and deliver counselling family sessions

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Passion for Employer Branding and have at least 5 years of relevant experience
First-class written and oral English language skills
Deep insight into the regional IT labour market
Solid knowledge of the employer branding theory, and the most efficient modern practices,
Excellent understanding of recruitment marketing and talent acquisition tactics
Confidence producing content for different channels and media
Ability to forge relationships across the business
Basic understanding of the software engineering domain
Results-driven and understand the importance of reporting on performance
