About the role

We are seeking a key, senior member of the CRM Regional, Engagement, and Services division to guide our CRM Regional Engagement team.

As the Senior CRM Manager  for Regional/Engagement you’ll be responsible for supporting all areas of the business, driving operational efficiencies, ensuring CRM best practice and promoting the development of CRM across the organisation.  You’ll also help us establish the role of regional engagement communications within our consumer CRM mix, through implementing a framework in which we can test, learn, optimise and scale across multiple regions.

Reporting to the Senior CRM Director, you will:

  • Develop, implement & maintain a strategy to promote Regional CRM initiatives
  • Demonstrate management skills in a new, busy and challenging environment
  • Manage conflicting priorities through pragmatic prioritisation and outstanding levels of engagement with key stakeholders
  • Manage and develop a team of 2-3 direct reports.
  • Increase reach and frequency of communication by utilizing all channels of communication.
  • Proactively speak with all stakeholders, such a Marketing, Design, Regional Teams, to ensure workloads and deadlines are managed efficiently
  • Process and manage ad-hoc engagement campaign requests from wider business stakeholders to support their key initiatives.
  • Proactively report on all automated campaigns, proposing & managing changes where necessary, to effectively achieve targets and drive efficiency

What we’re looking for from you...

  • Several years of CRM experience
  • Knowledge in directing CRM campaign planning, development, and end-to-end execution
  • Extensive experience with multiple enterprise level solutions (SFMC, Iterable, etc.). Working knowledge of Braze is preferred.
  • Proactive and able to take the lead
  • Able to manage priorities and to effectively prioritise
  • Able to develop and build complex segments within Braze 
  • Effectively leverage the features within Braze to drive customer engagement
  • Strong commercial acumen and results-orientated, with Knowledge of Tableau
  • Ability to guide, manage, and develop team members 
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Knowledge of FS / money transfer business highly desirable
  • Experience of working in a multinational / multi-market organisation highly desirable
