About the Role
The Inside sales Associate will focus on lead nurturing & conversions and grow the qualified leads database for CasaOne. He/She will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The Inside sales rep must be comfortable analysing the sales strategy being used, measuring the success rate of the strategy and growing/ tweaking to obtain the best results.
The Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound sales
- Own outreach strategy through LinkedIn and other business development channels
- Own lead nurturing for Marketing Qualified leads
- Identify qualified opportunities for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve goals
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
- Follow industry trends to leverage
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about process improvement and new product features
