Our Innovation Hub is home to our product development and new product introduction team, including mechanical, electrical, firmware, process, tooling, equipment, and quality engineers, program managers and operational staff. Partnering with our product engineering colleagues in San Francisco, we work together to guide our customers through our product development platform from concept to the consumer out-of-box experience.

·      Prepare all kinds of vouchers and post according to the company's requirements.
·      Purchase to accountants payable, check and verify purchase invoices against PO and receipt of material or services; generate related accounting vouchers; generate weekly Due date report of accounts payable; generate AP balance statement and reconcile the balance with suppliers; in charge of daily communication with suppliers and buyers;
·      Intercompany accounts: check and post invoices, in charge of daily communication with colleagues of inter-companies; monthly reconciliation of inter-company balance;
·      Prepare the budget statement of working capital, contact with overseas head office, and hold responsible for the daily operation and management of working capital.
·      Be responsible for the parts of job of monthly closing and preparation for financial statements and detailed statements.
·      Detect and report anomalies based on basic analysis of financial statements.
·      Check and review the declaration of various tax, including individual income tax, enterprise income tax, urban construction tax, education surcharge, etc.
·      Prepare and submit annual government reports assigned.
·      Maintain the daily relationship between the company and tax authorities.
·      Cooperate with annual audit.
·      Produce internal reports in accordance with the company's required time and standard.
·      Internal control and maintain confidential work for financial data.
·      Honest and reliable;
·      College degree or above, major in finance, accounting, etc.
·      Minimum 3 years financial working experience, general ledger working experience is preferred.
·      Good communication skills and  logical mind, having the ability to carry out related work independently.
·      ERP experience is preferred.
·      Able to read English financial statements and understand English emails and reply to them in a correct manner. Fluent oral English is preferred.
·      Honest and trustworthy, calm and careful, able to work under pressure, having strong teamwork spirit.
·      Junior Lever Accountant.
