About Your Role: 
Sendoso is looking for a customer-centric individual focused on developing a world-class international supply chain. This individual will be responsible for developing efficient processes for our Sendoso distribution centers and our partner organizations. Flawlessly execute our international Sending processes and expansion plans. Ensure all of our international sends are delivered on time and in accordance with international regulatory, tax and duty requirements. Clearly document our processes and specifications to ensure our partner organizations along the supply chain are measuring up to the Sendoso barand and our customer expectations. Seamlessly deliver on all internally defined international KPIs.
Who You Are:
You are a highly strategic leader with experience in international logistics, supply chain, and third party partnerships. You bring a wealth of technical expertise in international shipping, duties, customs, country specific data requirements.  You will work with existing functions within our company and will be building upon a foundation that is already created. Your expertise and drive for an exceptional customer experience will focus our attention and bring our international supply chain work to the next level. You possess the ability to convince the skeptics, while motivating the masses to implement your vision. You don’t take no for an answer and you pride yourself on your ability to get things done without a preconceived formula.

You will be focused on:

    • Implementing a global warehouse technology solution
    • Defining and executing against aggressive international shipping SLAs
    • Product enhancements to make supply chain and logistics services easier to use for our customer
    • Defining and executing against an international supply chain and logistics roadmap
    • Ensuring reliable and expedient communication with all of our international partners
    • Managing our customer’s international inventory turn and packaging availability
    • Developing processes for our international partners for specialized service offerings and projects
    • Comprehensive understanding of the nuances of import/export data requirements
    • Global transportation and logistic modelingHolistic warehouse efficiency process implementation
    • International supply chain and logistics profitability


    • 10+ years’ experience in supply chain and logistics
    • 5+ years experience with international supply chains
    • 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce
    • Excellent communication, business acumen, organizational, and time management skills are necessary for success in this role
    • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
    • Vendor management and procurement experience required
    • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
    • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
    • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
    • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Relevant Bachelor’s degree
