Job Description

Enterprise Account Executives are responsible for driving revenue, client strategy, account management and selling to C-level Executives across marketing, sales, e-commerce and other executive functions in our pet & nutrition categories. 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role or an account management/customer success facing role.



  • Build C-level relationships to help penetrate large organizations to develop full-funnel marketing solutions.
  • Learn our business and master your understanding of ExpertVoice- You’ll be required to certify that you know what you’re talking about!
  • Show the ability to maintain and grow an existing book of business.
  • Have a customer service first approach and the ability to show the value of ExpertVoice to clients.
  • 30% + travel. We have plenty of trade show and client/prospect visit opportunities. Expect to pack the bags and get in front of the right people. 
  • Get to know your team. You’ll work very closely with internal Customer Success Associates, Project Managers, Product and Marketing.
  • Always be ahead of your long-term strategy and can direct what the next steps need to be.
  • Meet/exceed annual quota requirements.
  • Manage a large book of business…25-35 client partners at a time.
  • Onboard new brands with our course of ExpertVoice best practices

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales and account management experience.
  • Knowledge of social media, advertising, e-commerce and Go to Markets Strategies of the specific categories you are over.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning background.  Must be proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to build relationships offering a consultative sale to clients/partners.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals.
  • Consulting sales experience within the advertising or marketing solutions in the consumer goods space.
  • Be a strong, experienced leader who can sell and deliver ExpertVoice’s solutions.
  • Must be highly organized and a self-starter.

And once you deliver value with the program a client has already purchased. Expand the business! Our sales cycles are not short, so the ability to work a complex sales cycle is critical. You need to be mature enough to be patient, but strategic enough to move programs forward

Your conversations will be with brand leaders who are at Director, VP and C-level and decision makers in the Marketing, Sales and E-Commerce spaces.  The ability to carry yourself confidently and command a room is necessary with knowledge in digital advertising and e-commerce solutions will be essential. Confidence breeds confidence, so be prepared to bring it! You are also going to be required to carry long-term executive relationships with your client base.

You need to be well organized and accountable. We’ll track progress weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually. Understanding your own strategy for your category is critical. We’ll expect you to accurately forecast based on what’s happening today AND what you expect to happen over the next several months and quarters.
