About the Team
The Eightfold Sales Team is routinely interfacing with top tier executives in Talent and the broader organization and the C-Suite. The need for strong executive presence requires our reps to strengthen their overall business acumen and tailor their message to various buyer types. 
A successful sales cycle not only demands that our frontline reps are on point with their messaging but also requires collaboration with other members of our sales ecosystem. So the scope of our work extends beyond our field sales team and stretches to enable our entire sales ecosystem.
How does Sales Enablement fit into the picture? We’re relentlessly focused on driving outcomes for our company by increasing sales productivity and revenue generation. We do that by educating our field sales organization through skill building programs (product, positioning, process/methodology), online enablement tools, and comprehensive documentation to ensure that they ramp efficiently and experience consistent success over time.
Our team is small in number but mighty in impact. We’re looking for someone that can design, deliver and manage world class learning programs. 
About the Role
Sales Enablement plays a critical role in the success of our sales team. We own all learning touch points across our sales team members’ journey at Eightfold. We provide the skill building programs, online enablement tools, and comprehensive documentation to ensure success at the moments that matter.
As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will be working with multiple teams (i.e Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales) to create enablement assets that enable the field on product, effective customer messaging, processes, methodologies, and ecosystem rules of engagement. You will partner with SMEs to define and manage the creation of required content, courseware and documentation to support field needs. Your responsibility would be to then translate and align that content into enablement materials that support knowledge and skills development and reinforces our sales methodology and processes , using a variety of delivery mechanisms -- and facilitating training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation and delivery of Sales training curriculum. 
  • Develop sufficient expertise to be a primary training facilitator. 
  • Partner regularly with the Sales Org to quickly understand learning gaps, collect best practices, design learning solutions, identify shifting needs, and deliver programs to address the gaps. 
  • Work closely with SME’s to fulfill content needs and ensure new training content fits within our overall sales approach, enablement roadmap, and desired content catalog. 
  • Develop and deliver enablement/training in various formats including in-person, group calls, video, eLearning / eLearning paths, and static documentation. 
  • Facilitate productive cross-team and cross-department relationships.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the enablement programs you create in relation to our team and business goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree required
  • 10+ years in sales enablement, product marketing, and/or management consulting
  • Proven track record of instructional design and delivery success
  • Strong familiarity with LMS systems, content / course development systems, ILT/VILT training, video and podcast recording / editing
  • Familiarity with common Sales stages and various Sales methodologies / processes
  • Experience supporting learning for a global organization
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Passion for creating and facilitating high quality and high impact enablement
  • Clear communication style with a consistent attention to detail. 
  • Comfort working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator with an ability to cultivate relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel (when it is safe to do so)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong familiarity with MindTickle, Articulate, Vyond
  • Strong familiarity with Command of the Message, Challenger Sales, MEDDPICC
  • Experience at high-growth SaaS company
