What We're Looking For...

        Have a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward our customers at all times;
        Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
        Knowing our product so you can provide support in all its components;
        Manage customers requests from beginning to end;
        Process orders, forms and requests;
        Communicate and coordinate with the customer support team and other teams as necessary;
        Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Required skills and experience:

        Proven working experience in providing customer support through phone and chat;
        Knowledgeable and experienced in service desk solutions;
        Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
        Able to work across all levels within an organization with a collaborative approach;
        Proficiency in English.
