Hello. We're Stadium Goods. We are the world's premier sneaker + streetwear marketplace selling only the most sought-after footwear, apparel and other hard-to-find items on behalf of our sellers.  THE ROLE 
We're looking for a People Coordinator to join our growing team in New York. You'll provide a high-quality people administration service, to support our vision of creating an excellent experience for our employees at all stages of the employee life cycle. Working with the People Team, you'll help ensure we have seamless people related transactional and administrative processes, and that the People function runs smoothly daily. This role is varied and generalist, giving you exposure to the many facets of HR, with scope to get involved in projects and work with people from all over the business.
 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will manage admin processes and documentation across the employee journey, including data upkeep, filing offer letters and contracts, reference letters, leaver letters
    • You will ensure our HR systems (Workday & ADP) and benefits portal is up-to-date and new starter and leaver processes are managed
    • You will support the People Advisor with the administration and onboarding process
    • You will support the Senior Technical Recruiter with high-volume scheduling
    • You will maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Lever) to ensure candidate records are complete and that the recruitment process is fairly tracked
    • You will manage the post-hiring administration process for new employees, including initiating background checks and inputting I9 information
    • You will manage consultant contracts, extension and contract terminations, working with managers to keep informed on correct consultant People processes
    • You will run regular, periodic reports to ensure data and processes are maintained and escalated when needed
    • You will coordinate Wisebuy invoicing processes for People team spend, ensuring uploading and process management
    • You will support projects within the People Team

    • You have experience in HR administration within an expanding business
    • You have experience with ADP or Workday administration
