About the role
Finix is a passionate group of people who want to help our customers grow and succeed through payment technology. Finix’s mission is to drive the success of vertical software companies by giving them an easy way to accept payments on their platforms -- for example, by allowing a company that serves yoga studios to more easily allow their customers to sell products and services directly to their end users. Finix allows companies like MindBody to make more than 50% of their entire revenue from payments, and helps these companies manage this payment flow through high-quality, workflow-driven user interfaces.
Finix enables software platforms to become payments companies. Specifically, Finix helps the software platform manage the merchant lifecycle: onboarding merchants, processing transactions on their behalf, and also settling dues i.e. settlements. Everyone on our team has a meaningful impact on product features, new directions, and user engagement.

Health: We offer a variety of health insurance plans with two major carriers (UHC for national coverage and Kaiser as an additional option for CA). Finix pays 90% of the employee premium and 50% of the dependent premium for whichever plan you choose. The remainder of the premium will be deducted from your paycheck pre-tax.
