Job Description

As a Sourcer at Ginger, you'll be responsible for building the candidate pipeline of licensed clinicians and driving a passive talent engagement strategy. You will work closely with the hiring teams to develop creative solutions to identify and engage top talent.

  • Identify and engage licensed clinicians with diverse backgrounds
  • Work closely with the recruiter and/or hiring manager to understand staffing needs and develop a proactive, innovative sourcing strategy
  • Create sourcing analytics to understand trends in the competitive talent landscape, identify talent pools and provide insights to hiring team
  • Utilize various mediums including internal and external database mining, networking, associations, universities, community agencies, cold calls, social media, referrals, Boolean search strings, online and traditional directories, recruitment events and other innovative sourcing methods
  • Engage and nurture relationships with passive talent
  • Organize and effectively manage multiple recruiting priorities


  • 1-3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Natural curiosity and hunter mentality - you love the search and discovery process 
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and significant experience with passive candidate sourcing
  • Methodical organization and attention to detail with researching and testing of various sources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism, friendliness, creativity and sincerity - you craft messages that elicit excitement!
  • A collaborative attitude to working in a cross-functional and fluid environment
  • A mission-driven mindset to help Ginger in democratizing mental healthcare
