About Olive

Olive builds artificial intelligence and RPA solutions that empower healthcare organizations to improve efficiency and patient care while reducing costly administrative errors.

Job Description

Olive’s AI workforce is built to fix our broken healthcare system by addressing healthcare’s most burdensome issues -- delivering hospitals and health systems increased revenue, reduced costs, and increased capacity. People feel lost in the system today and healthcare employees are essentially working in the dark due to outdated technology that creates a lack of shared knowledge and siloed data. Olive is designed to drive connections, shining a new light on the broken healthcare processes that stand between providers and patient care. She uses AI to reveal life-changing insights that make healthcare more efficient, affordable and effective. Olive’s vision is to unleash a trillion dollars of hidden potential within healthcare by connecting its disconnected systems. Olive is improving healthcare operations today, so everyone can benefit from a healthier industry tomorrow.

At Olive Shares, we’re connecting providers and payers to create the Internet of Healthcare. Our team builds and implements a suite of SaaS products that integrate across EHRs and payer systems, with intuitive workflows and deep healthcare expertise. Our SaaS platform accelerates prior authorizations for providers, and enables the first-in-the-world real-time AI clinical reviews.

As Manager of Training and User Engagement, you will be a key member of the customer-facing Olive Shares team and help ensure success of our products. You’ll develop, lead, and execute a program that trains and engages our users, from front-line staff to executives. You are deeply engaging and passionate, with an innate ability to connect with healthcare end users and build rapport. A key spokesperson for our products, you’re able to seamlessly demonstrate our software, understand and design workflows that maximize user experience, and evangelize to our prospects and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the successful customer go-live and user engagement of our products. Working hand-in-hand with our Implementation Success Owners, you lead the development of user workflows, training plans, and change management during the go-live process, and engage in a consultative role to optimize user engagement in steady-state customers.
  • You engage and build rapport with our customers, from every day users, to managers, to executives. You deeply understand their worldview, user experience, and pain points.
  • You are naturally a problem-solver. You understand the root cause and motivations of humans, and develop intuitive solutions through collaboration and communication.
  • You are actively engaged with end users and managers during the go-live process, leading trainings, optimizing workflows, and improving the overall customer experience. When needed, you rapidly iterate with complex multi-stakeholder teams and champion improvements.
  • You are a passionate and deeply knowledgeable voice for our product, and share that knowledge with internal and external audiences, including with prospects.
  • As part of a product company, you advocate the product voice to our customers, and advocate the customer voice to our product.
  • You are responsible for developing and maintaining our customer training and change management program so that your work is scalable. You’ll build new tools and expand upon existing project plans, training guides, and training materials.
  • You effectively lead and execute on the program you develop, and you build core competency among your Implementation Success colleagues so they are partners with you and your impact is felt organization-wide.
