Job Description

The Director of Global Revenue Enablement is responsible for driving our go-to-market revenue targets through a range of strategic readiness programs that promote consumability, scalability and field readiness.

The Director will see all programs through four key lenses:  

  • Elevating the customer experience
  • Driving process for scale
  • Actions that lead to measurable outcomes 
  • Adoption

The ideal candidate must have process and organization at their core and sales in their heart. You must be a builder that loves a “roll-up your sleeves” mentality where ambiguity is accepted and order is desired. The work of this Director is directly impactful to the readiness of Sauce Labs to delight our customers. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Aligning corporate goals and sales team quota attainment to readiness programs that drive efficiency and effectiveness metrics. 
  • Designing and implementing competency based readiness programs for all customer-facing roles.
  • Designing and curating readiness tool-kits and playbooks for sales activities, events and campaigns which include learning, role-play, coaching, and assessment. 
  • Gathering and analyzing data on sales activities from Salesforce.com and other tools to determine areas of improvement in the sales process. 
  • Working daily with Sales Leadership to develop and curate programs that improve sales metrics from quarter to quarter. 
  • Building and managing an Enablement calendar with monthly, quarterly and annual workshops and events for the revenue teams 
  • Attend revenue team meetings weekly to identify gaps, gather requirements and brief teams on offerings. 
  • Owning and driving enablement project plans including tracking of all milestones, prioritization of actions, communications plans and reporting of status.  

Position Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales or combined  experience required
  • Field sales experience preferred 
  • Experience building programs for all customer facing roles including BDR/SDR, Field Sales, Technical Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Technical Post-Sales and Support. 
  • Experience building and maintaining global field readiness programs including value messaging roll-out, sales process, onboarding, new product launches, competitive positioning and new sales tool roll-outs. 
  • Experience working with global field teams and strategic partners. 
  • Ability to interface and communicate with all Executives and counterparts on program requirements, goals and logistics. 
  • Certification in one of more of the following sales methodologies: Challenger, Command of the Message, Sandler or Value Selling.
  • Expert proficiency preferred with sales readiness platforms, LinkedIn Learning,Highspot, Salesforce.com 
  • Strong professional communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all departments in a result driven and team-oriented environment.
