Streetbees is building the world’s first platform to understand human behavior and decision making. We make human data accessible, anywhere in the world, by connecting brands with real people on the ground to gather real-time in-the-moment insights at scale. We distil this data using machine learning technology to uncover not just what they do, but also why they do it, and what drives them – and predicts what they may do next.

Having recently raised our Series B investment led by Lakestar, Streetbees’ partners with world leading brands across the FMCG, Media and Entertainment, Retail & Insurance sectors and our clients include Unilever, PepsiCo, Sony Pictures, Carlsberg, Santander, Ikea, Vodafone and L’Oreal.

Having only recently opened our US office (and grown that team to 20 people in one quarter!), we’re now looking to add a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, who will support the US Talent Acquisition Manager in identifying, approaching and hiring top talent top talent into a range of teams across the business.

This is a rare opportunity to play an integral part in the growth of the US team at an exciting Applied-AI startup and one that will be hugely rewarding!


What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying the highest-level candidates for each vacancy.
  • Reviewing candidate profiles and ensuring they’re an ideal match for Streetbees.
  • Arranging telephone screening calls with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition Managers to build talent pools of key candidates.
  • Managing the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition Manager to formulate and execute best-in-class sourcing and reach out strategies.
  • Writing and posting creative job adverts.
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment projects when necessary.
  • Ensuring each applicant receives an outstanding candidate experience at all times.
  • Attend relevant industry events as a representative of Streetbees.


  • 1-2 years’ experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter (Agency is preferred), with a focus on high-quality candidate delivery.
  • Ideally you would also have experience of recruiting for a high-growth Tech startup or scale up.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
  • We use Workable, but any ATS experience would be fine.
